can help determine if evidence of
previous treatment is in compliance with
modern treatment standards. Our
inspectors are knowledgeable in the
application of products currently on the
market to control termites and will be
happy to discuss in detail which method
of treatment a property requires to
achieve maximum termite control.
Our inspectors are not
salesmen who receive any additional
compensation for finding infestation or
any subsequent treatments performed as a
result of the inspection.
Our inspectors are
available to the customer to discuss any
concerns the customer may have and we
highly encourage all homebuyers to be
present during the inspection.

submit payment to the inspector

follow the inspector as he
inspects the home. (any
"good" inspector will
be happy for you to peek over his
shoulder)
- Read the completed
report carefully and completely.
